The sublimation process can be more forgiving than traditional silkscreen processes since ink-jet costs are fixed regardless of the number of colours in a design. Sublimation emblems are produced with 100% polyester base materials and can be finished with or without a merrowed over-lock border. The sublimation transfer process can provide a rich colour texture with affordable minimums as low as 25 units. These emblems are more durable than silkscreen and can withstand heavy laundering conditions.

Sublimation process ~ Not silkscreen
SubliPrint™ emblems are manufactured through a transfer sublimation process. Whether your emblem requires a custom design or basic text fonts, the end result is a high quality crest containing a sharp and colourful imprinted image. Through the sublimation transfer process, images are permanently embedded into the fabric fibers ensuring premium durability and wash strength. And, design images will not crack or peel away from the base materials as is commonly experienced with traditional silkscreen emblems! The imprint design colours used have been programmed to match our common embroidery thread and fabric colours, and since these emblems are computer generated, thousands of design colours can be reproduced to better match your unique designs & logos.
Design and text images are transferred to standard 100% polyester industrial grade materials, which can be coated with a high-melt glue backing or supplied with no glue at all. All emblem variations are finished with 100% polyester merrow (surge over-lock) borders. These emblems are provided to you with no design or set-up fees, are not subject to cost increases for multiple colours. They can be ordered in quantities as few as 25 pieces ~ usually shipped within 5 working days or less!
