Like our custom embroidered emblems, special content emblems can be used for identifying garments with unique requirements and uses. These emblems can provide added security to the wearers that use them, or can add value to service and career garments in certain circumstances.
Embroidered reflective emblems are manufactured through the same techniques as custom embroidered emblems, however instead of our standard 100% polyester base materials, we use reflective 3M ScotchLite™ fabrics. When people are working in high visibility controlled environments, these materials provide that extra measure of safety.

Logo designs can still be colourful and can still represent the corporate design, while the specially engineered fabric background provides added safety. These emblems are finished with merrowed (surge over-lock) borders and are backed with a high-melt industrial grade glue coating. These base fabrics are completely industrial launderable and the emblems can be heat sealed or sewn onto garments as desired.
Designs submitted to Emblemtek will be presented to you in artwork format for approval, and will be custom quoted based on quantity and complexity, taking into account emblem shape, size, stitch count and cutting requirements. These emblems can be produced with up to 15 design thread colours with no extra cost.
