Emblemtek can provide its customers with weekly, monthly, quarterly and/or yearly management reporting, relative to report type, which focuses on the following key areas:

›› open order status (including target schedule)
›› order delivery versus target performance (orders ahead of schedule, on-time or late)
›› product order to delivery intervals (by product type)
›› courier performance (pick-up to delivery accuracy)
›› product group sales (high level ~ by item groupings)
›› item sales volumes (detailed ~ by individual items)

These reports provide a wealth of information and are completely open and transparent in relation to Emblemtek’s service standards.  Depending on report type and specific requirements, reports can be generated in linear form for a single year or comparative to prior years.
