Order Methods & Values
Orders and supporting sample material can be sent to us by facsimile, e-mail, courier or mail. When sending orders and related details via e-mail, please note that we have implemented a 4 megabyte limit on file attachment size, and we will not accept .TXT and .EXE file types. Please refer to the Graphic & Design File Types section of this web site for more details. If sending orders and samples by courier or mail, please allow for associated transit delays. We recommend that orders be typed, ensuring the least amount of misinterpretation and errors. We also accept orders by phone, however we are not responsible for errors resulting from misinterpreted details or spelling.
The minimum order value is $15 prior to shipping charges & taxes (sub-total). If an order is under $15 in value, a $5 handling fee may be applied to the sub-total.
Order Details & Requirements
In order to process customer orders as efficiently as possible with the least amount of delay, we require the following details on all purchase orders and/or supporting documentation in relation to the products being ordered.

Many of these details will already be included on the Artwork Approval forms that we create for all new designs prior to production processing. Please take the time to ensure the accuracy of these details as you provide your signed authorization.
Delivery Target & Commitment
We follow a strict product delivery target schedule, which is based on each product type in harmony with order quantity, defined customer agreements and manufacturing loads. The goal is to produce and ship our customers’ orders in the quickest times possible without compromising our quality standards. Due to production volume fluctuations, some orders are shipped ahead of schedule and others a few days beyond. However, it’s important to note that our service commitment averages are within an on-time range of 95% to 98%.
Though we strive to produce all custom made, make-to-order products to the exact quantity that you ordered, products of this nature are subject to a possible over-run of 10%, and you can be certain that we will never under ship you.
We try to ship all orders complete, thereby reducing the incidence of back orders, however due to irregular stock shortages, back orders may occur from time to time. If you prefer that your shipments be complete, then please specify this on your orders.
Finally, our ability to cater to customers with special needs is greatly assisted by your early notification. If you require special handling or schedule needs on a particular order, please notify us at the time of order placement or earlier, during the Artwork Approval stages. This helps us plan accordingly and ensure that the right services and equipment are available for your order to be processed.
