Customers may add to their orders or make quantity changes if they have an open-term account with Emblemtek, and if the order has not already gone to our manufacturing departments for processing. Under all other circumstances, additions must be handled as a separate order, and would be subject to value minimums and separate delivery time-lines.
Customers that would like to cancel an order, in whole or in part, may do so at any time in writing prior to order shipping. If an order has already shipped, then our Claims, Returns & Credits processes must be followed. If a cancellation relates to a custom made product that is within production channels with work already started, the customer will be liable for the costs associated to the work completed to date, including artwork and/or digitizing charges. These work-in-process fees must be paid whether or not the semi-completed product is delivered to the customer. Customers may also be liable for any special materials that were purchased by Emblemtek in relation to the product or project. Customers that have pre-paid their orders will receive a full credit for any order cancelled, less the costs work-in-process.
