As times have changed, so have the methods with which we interact with our business partners, customers, prospects and suppliers.  E-mail is a vital link in the communication cycle, therefore it’s important to keep some general guidelines in mind.  For example, a clear subject line relating to Order, or Inquiry, or Problem, or Artwork, or Question, helps our teams to isolate messages and focus on priorities.  With e-mail filtering software in place, it is possible that messages sent to Emblemtek with blank subject lines may not be received.  Further to the subject line, it’s also important to have a clear and detailed message body, so that we have a firm understanding of what is being communicated.  Finally, full contact details always help us to reply via e-mail or telephone, and this information is saved in our databases for future follow-up.
 
As the communication chain is brought full circle, one of our goals is to communicate with our customers on a regular basis.  Emblemtek’s Sales Development and Customer Service Groups continue to build on the Company’s customer relationship management (CRM) standards, through regular visits and quarterly telephone follow-up.
