As an ongoing strategy to ensure our emblems, transfers and labels are capable of withstanding every day processing conditions be they consumer, commercial or industrial, Emblemtek subjects many of its products to routine Field Lab testing. Under this program our products are exposed to real-world conditions by chosen customer partners who provide non-biased,
critical, in-field feedback.
In addition to independent lab testing, and the testing performed by our supply partners and allies with organizations such as SATRA (www.satra.co.uk), Canadian Standards Association (www.csa.ca) and Underwriters Laboratories (www.ul.com) to name a few, the Field Lab concept allows our customers to offer design ideas, application suggestions, needs analysis and subjective opinion while they put our products to the test. This inclusive forum is part of our customer relationship practices, and the open atmosphere demonstrates our commitment to product quality and to manufacturing products that will help our customers achieve their image goals.
The last component of our commitment to product standards is the array of Tek-Spec (technical specification) sheets that are available for most products. This information can be downloaded from our web site and the details can be applied in field by our customers for product testing, evaluation and performance measurement.
