Artwork Services
Emblemtek provides different levels of artwork services for both presentation and quotation purposes based on project needs and complexity. This artwork can be used to illustrate colours, sizing and design formatting for customer approval and pricing. For the most part these services are complimentary, though some highly detailed and creative requests may be chargeable when, for example, we are asked to prepare designs with no image samples provided to us. The artwork that our teams create are usually transmitted via e-mail in JPG format, though other file types are possible on request.
Artwork Approval

When artwork is created and provided, images are formatted on Artwork Approval forms along with all design details such as design type, size, material content and colours. These illustrations form our interpretation of the requests we’ve received and will also include any detail modifications relative to design complexity or product limitations. Our Graphics team may also provide alternative product suggestions demonstrating how a design can be structured in different ways for other types of emblems or transfers. Artwork Approval forms are usually sent via e-mail with or without Emblemtek logo branding. If artwork is sent via courier, shipping fees will apply.
Design Liability
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure they have all the required rights to use, copy, transmit, modify and/or reproduce licensed or un-licensed logos, designs, emblems, graphics, electronic data, physical samples or other intellectual property provided to Emblemtek for the creation of artwork, emblems, embroidery or imprinted images. The purchaser will assume all liability and/or legal responsibility for any infringements and/or damages that may arise from such use. Unless paid for, the designs and/or file formats created for production purposes will remain the property of Emblemtek for resale to the purchaser.
