Your e-mail address, those of your colleagues or the general e-mail addresses of your company or organization, will only be used in the normal course of business (artwork and quotation submission, order confirmations, invoicing, product information…) or for e-mail marketing campaigns. Should you choose to not receive certain e-mail marketing pieces from Emblemtek, please notify your dedicated Customer Service Associate, or send a note to info@emblemtek.com. Your personal or business e-mail addresses that we may have on file, with not be sold or shared with any other entity.

The telephone and facsimile numbers that we may have on file for you and/or your company or organization, will be used only by Emblemtek in the normal course of doing business and through out continued customer relationship management efforts. Your numbers will not be shared or sold with any other entity. Emblemtek may or may not use facsimile numbers to distribute invoice or account statement materials, but does not use facsimile services for marketing efforts.

Customer transactions and sales history, product specifications, product requirements, design formats, specific product pricing, special needs and historical or current project materials, will not be shared with any other entity and will be held in confidence. Credit details that are requested by third party vendors under your instruction will be shared on a case by case basis, unless we are informed otherwise.
